Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
Your appointment time has been exclusively reserved for you. Please observe the following guidelines:
- Standard Appointments: Provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Group Appointments (3 or more): A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any changes or cancellations.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Those who fail to honor the above guidelines or miss their appointments will be charged 50% of the service cost.
Our therapists’ time is invaluable. Providing ample notice allows them to accommodate other guests who might be waiting.
Deposit for Future Appointments: If an appointment is canceled within the 24-hour window, a deposit will be required to secure the next booking. However, we understand unforeseen emergencies can occur, and we’ll assess each situation individually.
